Get distance you can count on with the G430. These multi-material irons produce distance gains of approximately 7-10 yards and improve accuracy throughout the set. Lower CG combined with stronger, custom engineered lofts and a thinner face deliver up to 2mph more ball speed – leading to significant distance gains without compromising PING’s famous forgiveness. The high-density tungsten toe and shaft tip weights contribute to its high MOI and produce tighter dispersion patterns. The hydropearl 2.0 chrome finish delivers consistent performance from wet or dry grass.
The HL Irons feature the same technology as their G430 counterparts but are approximately 15% lighter – ideal for players with slower swing speeds. An ultralight shaft, lighter toe weights, swingweights and grip are targeted for swing speeds under 75 mph.
PurFlex
Seven flex zones allow for more free bending to increase ball speed across the face for longer results with a solid feel and pleasing impact sound.
Shaped For Success
A clean look with shorter hosel helps lower the CG and align it with the force line which increases ball speed and ensures solid impact, especially low on the face.
Forgiving Sole Design
Approximately 1° additional bounce throughout the set ensures clean turf interaction and pure strikes, minimizing “heavy” shots that come up short.
2+ MPH Faster Face
Hyper 17-4 stainless steel strengthens the face, allowing for more face flexing that generates increased distance and a higher max height to hold shots on the green.
Custom Engineered Lofts
Stronger lofts across the set resulted in the addition of a 41° PW to ensure proper gapping options and allowed for standard lofts in the traditional scoring wedges.
